There is one edition on Steam and no DLC listed. Pre-orders are over now that the game is out; anything sold as a "pre-order bonus" or a cheap key on a grey-market site is not from 505 Games.
How it got here
- Announced as Nivalis, by ION LANDS, the studio behind Cloudpunk.
- June 2024: delayed from 2024 into 2025. April 2025: delayed again; the developers confirmed it would launch as a full release with no Early Access.
- October 2025 to June 2026: marketing went quiet while ION LANDS sorted out what it called a legal matter with a third party.
- June 30, 2026: renamed Nivalis Nights (same game, new title and logo) and dated for September 29 with a new trailer.
- September 17: 1 million wishlists. September 24: price and release time announced.
- Reviewers received keys the day before launch, and the developers promised a day-one patch for performance.
- Launched September 29, 2026. Update #1 (October 1) fixed managers overbuying; Update #2 (October 2) added a Lighting Details setting and fixed storage and staff behaviour.
Is it worth $24.99?
